I think I remember that idea being mentioned.  It was around the time Stevie posted a story about two sisters who were kidnapped and forced to give birth in front of each other in the shower.  I can't remember the name of that one.

Sorry to bump, but the ASSTR version of the teacher/student story is better than the version I read b4 IMO.
