I believe that search terms in other languages can produce results not found in one's native tongue; for instance, "pregnant" or various permutations of such plugged into Google will produce results in English only, whereas "gravida" will provide results from Spanish sites instead.

Gravida is portugese for pregnant, in spanish is embarazada
