I feel like general guidelines for the celebrities forum oughta be:

If you're writing 'snapchat fitness girl' as a title rather than an actual name, then they're not a celebrity. 

If you're writing 'so and so's sister', as a title, then they're also not a celebrity. 

It's pretty simple - if you're not actually putting the name of the person as a title because you know other people will know it, then guess what? Not a celebrity

@Admin literally changed the rules late last year to exactly this.

To be fair, I don't know 80% of the known "celebrities" anyway

Perhaps the original poster needs to go back to grammar school to learn the meaning of celebrity.
