From what I can guess on your question it’s two things. 1. Smoking while pregnant is bad for both mother and child. Same if the significant other is also a smoker cause they might get addicted to it. 2. As the others have said it is also a fetish as well

Well, it's obviously bad for the unborn child. There's a plethora of health studies on why that's the case. On the second point, yeah it's a popular fetish. In fact, a woman smoking in general is popular fetish as well.

Smoking while pregnant is definitely bad for everyone involved. As a kink different people like it for different reasons but in my case it is the taboo factor of mom caring more about personal gratification than her baby's health.
