Admin As I'm sure almost everyone noticed, the site has been offline for around 36 hours. We're back and don't anticipate further downtime. The data center our host is partnered with experienced a catastrophic outage and that was the source of our woes -- that's now fixed.

i've tried clearing the dns cache and hard reloading but i can only access the site using vpn am i doing something wrong?

You're going to have to wait for your DNS cache to update, or refresh it yourself: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowle...dns-cache/
