Here's another model, Taylor Taffy. I love how this one turned out. I finally got my hands on a couple of high resolution skins and realistic hair, so this one will look less cartoony than Brylee B's.

The main two mods that I use are WhickedWhims and MCCommand

And all of the hair/clothing are from various custom content sites.

It takes a lot of playing with custom sliders and body presets to get the right shape, since you have to model the Sim before you make her pregnant. Also I'm constantly looking for new skin custom content as well. Here's a rough timeline on one of the ways that I do this.

It depends on the scene and what type of activity that they're doing. For example, in the Mercedez Burke video she was in her 2nd trimester while excising since in the game you can't exercise in your 3rd trimester. So after I finished filming the first half, I went into MCC and bumped her up to her 3rd tri.
