I'm getting an error saying "Folder no longer exists".

Takes me to the google drive login page.

The folder is still there but, maybe the moderator has to add me before my link will work?

Make sure the link you provide has the "Anyone with the link can view" permission added.

I am almost out of space on my current drive, and since I do not want to pay for additional storage, I will have to create another account and another drive. Would it be possible to list all of my drives on this thread under my name on the list at the top of the page?
