I've finally got some time to go through updates. Are there any other dead drives people have spotted?

@"TacoTamale" and @preggos-a-go-go one of Russia's drives is still active. He doesn't visit very often.

Alright, the list has finally been updated. Sorry for the massive delay. I've also taken the time to identify and delete all of the dead listings.
