i am guessing she either had a stroke or some other circulatory probolem that baby looked like it was in severe distress
or maybe the way she was lying caused her to have a problem with circulation i hope she went and called 911

Yeah, I bet it was just from laying and having the baby put so much pressure on her. I know they can cut off or at least interfere with circulation.
