The belly is real, the movements are fake, either with her pushing it out and sucking it in or by digitally morphing the video.

Sorry looks like these are just photos and there aren't any videos of her. I found them on a site called "BabyCenter" by a user called Anaily93 and from what I could find these were the only photos she'd posted on there. It was an extremely pleasant surprise when I found them nonetheless!

I found a girl's channel who has a few great movement videos, but this one in particular (hxxps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARLvQ3-lc7E) is incredible at around 0:42 seconds in. The belly almost looks like it's going to burst from how strong the movements are, it's incredible.
