I stumbled across 2 different videos on largeporntube.com and video-one.com a few weeks ago, one was from atk hairy where the woman get some pretty hardcore sex to try and induce labor which of course she fakes at the end but it's a bit arousing and she had a decent belly on her (i couldn't find the video).
The other one was from a different site but the lady has sex with her "father" (also to induce her labor), after some light sex, and a cumshot, she gets up walks around a little "5 minutes later" her water breaks.

If you look when they cut you can see water coming out and the way she is standing makes me believe it was real. I could be wrong but it looks pretty realistic, her reaction is pretty realistic too.

Nice video but that was def not real. I hate when they make porn actresses act, it's never believable.
