 Having sex with a pregnant woman and breaking her water to start labor is okay. Fantasizing about fucking her while she is in labor and having contractions is okay. But once she is fully dilated, pushing, and crowning, her vaginal should be avoided because it is no longer just a vagina. It has something coming out of it that should not be engaged sexually because of a reason I don't need to mention. It should be very clear with that reason is. 

A birth fetish is one that must be engaged in with caution. As with the general pregnancy fetish, the woman's body should be the focus of any sexual arousal or gratification. Because the woman is going through the worst pain in her life. If you see a woman who is screaming, red faced, covered in sweat, and using all of her might to push out a child, why would you even consider giving her more trouble by trying to have sex with her? Dude Seriously????  There are many reasons.    I don't know if you have ever seen a birth but basically the baby comes out of where you would put your penis, heck its how the baby is made in the first place.  Secondly that would mean pushing the baby back in which is very harmful.   3.  It is just gross.  Yes I have fucked a few women in their last days of pregnancy,  heck even sent 2 into labor even then there is a HUGE difference between that and sex during labor.
