seperating the belly expansion and cartoon thread

I'm open to this idea, however isn't it the case that most expansion content is drawn or animated (cartoons)?

I feel like the issue isn’t that expansion content is animated/cartoons, but that expansion content gets lost in the more active animation section.

Sort of like candids would get lost in the general image section for people wanting them.

This request slipped off my radar. I've introduced an "Expansion" prefix which should solve the problem.
