We continue to receive reports involving people who send money to other members, in exchange for an account or content, and who end up empty-handed. It should go without saying that we're not in a position to mediate or enforce private commercial exchanges -- caveat emptor applies and this goes well beyond our ability to moderate the site.

Moving forward, please report anyone soliciting money in exchange for an account (Recurbate for example) or content. Do not participate in such an exchange, simply report it (whether it's posted publicly or sent privately.) If you choose to engage in an exchange like this, don't message us if it falls apart or you're scammed.
