I did some digging and found her. Her name is Valentina Matteucci and poses under the alias Eva Allegra. She is recently pregnant. So the below photos seem to be the only few out there. The link underneath this connects to the photo Dr. Preggo and I originally mentioned. She's one to keep an eye on.
