I have always hated saggy tits. However, since I started looking at pregnant porn, I have come across a lot of pics of saggy tits that still turned me on. What's the difference? Saggy tits on a pregnant woman are usually inflated with milk and they often rest on the top of the "baby bump". I find that look attractive despite my usual hatred of saggy tits. Anyone else feel the same way?

Point of order: pregnant boobs are not "inflated with milk". The vast majority of women don't have their milk come in until after the baby is born, sometimes days later. During pregnancy they just swell from hormonal changes. Their getting saggy is a product of age, size, weight gain/loss, and number of pregnancies the woman has had.

As to the topic at hand, the sagging doesn't bother me much as long as they're big and full. I will say that despite being a card-carrying Boob Guy (no such thing as too big), lately I have preferred pregnant women with smaller boobs.

Agreed - they need to appear "full," whether with milk, fat, silicone/saline, or general fluid from bloating (which is what happens for many women during pregnancy). Empty flapjacks do not interest me.

I have always loved saggy natural breasts especially on pregnant women. They are very arousing because they are breasts that have seen age, pregnancies and high mileage. The transformation of a woman’s body from lean and fit to wide, floppy, saggy, postpartum gut mom body is arousing.

With that said I agree that skinny, flat, long shaped breasts do nothing for me. If they are floppy and saggy they can’t be deflated. They must have some fullness.
