Reverse Birth - Multiples

I tried my own editing of a triplets birth that was in the nude. It's one of the really well known ones on YT. I reversed the footage so the babies appeared to go back into the belly and it of course increased in size rather than decreased. It turned out much better than I thought it would if you like the belly growth thing. Anyone else do the reverse birth thing?

I'd like to see a talented artist/video wizard do that but edit out the babies, and make it look like the doc is shoving something else into her.
