Anyone have the story/stories about Q screwing with the crew? Something about Troi getting accelerated pregnancy?

Troi's accelerated pregnancy was in the episode "The Child" and it was an alien entity that was curious about the ship and impregnated her to live life as one of "us" for a while. Q had nothing to do with it.

In terms of a REAL accelerated pregnancy Q touches the finger of another Q and they both laugh as the whole "conception" takes place literally in a flash of a second and not even a few moments later Q is in Janeway's office holding a baby Q
