I know Fables has a pregnancy subplot with Snow White (which I think preceded Once Upon A Time doing it, though I've never seen it). Manga wise, there's Spotted Flower, where an otaku and his pregnant wife have various slice of life stories. It's triannual and not very long per chapter, so it's easy to catch up on. Fullmetal Alchemist has a few pregnancies, though I'm not sure how much is anime only and how much is a mix of manga and anime. Kiki's Delivery Service is technically just an anime, but unless you're looking through doujin, pregnancy is almost "blink and you'll miss it". Naruto's mom, for instance.

The first comic everyone shouts out is always Fable. I have the comics from that storyline already and have since I was 15. Yes it was years before Once Upon a Time was thought of but the only thing they have in common is in both cases the character who gets pregnant is named Snow White (of course, the one from Once Upon a Time actually was pregnant during the season XD).

Spotted Flower sounds interesting. Where can I find it. Fantranslated or can I find an official translation somewhere?

I have all of the FullMetal Alchemist Manga volumes. The only pregnancies mentioned are the one in Rush Valley (also in the Anime Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) and Trisha when she was pregnant with Al. The old FMA Anime has Elicia Hughes' pregnancy and Ruse's though it happens offscreen (referred to when she reappears at the end of the Anime).

I have Kiki's Delivery service. Kiki ends up moving in with bakers and the wife is very pregnant. She appears throughout the movie but the movie is about Kiki so...yeah. The pregnancy is referred to twice the whole movie. If not for that you'd have thought she was overweight (according to some of the production notes that was the idea originally). She gives birth offscreen at the end of the movie.

There's a reason Kushina Uzumaki is one of the most beloved Anime Moms out there. Not just because it's one of the rare times in an Anime the protagonist's parents are referred to in name and image. Anyway, fanart of Kushina's pregnancy with Naruto flooded the internet as soon as the early Shippuden flashback episode showing her pregnant aired. When an episode later aired that partially focused on her pregnancy, it was a big deal because prior to that episode fans knew very little about Kurama's (Nine Tales) Jinchuruki before Naruto. You can also read about it in Naruto volume 53 (which is sitting on my bookshelf of course =O).

Anyone who's seen the Anime Clannad knows about Nagisa's pregnancy. It's only one episode but she's pretty big in that episode. Originally she dies after giving birth but seeing as it's based on a visial novel, time is reset and she lives.

One more Anime I know of featuring pregnancy is Vandread. One of the pirates learns she's pregnant early on. She's a minor character and only appears a few times per episode at most. The crew later visit a planet under quarantine where they work together to help a pregnant woman give birth to a healthy baby.

All of the above are available on the mainstream and/or You Tube.

Ok, I've shared what I know and how to find them. Can someone do the same for me?

You can find Spotted Flower online pretty easily, far as I'm aware (though I got updates from MangaTraders and they died because of some sort of hacker attack. FreeMangaDownloader is where I find manga updates now, for the most part and I found Spotted Flower pretty quickly. It's only updated triannually, since the author is more busy doing Genshiken anyway.

Coppellion episode 5 has a pregnant character in it, though I don't think it's a huge focus.

Not sure if you count Avatar: The Last Airbender or Legend of Korra. They both have pregnant characters (or Katara pretending to be pregnant in one episode in the case of ATLA). Ying in ATLA is a one off character that goes into labor in the episode in question. Pema in LOK is pregnant through a good chunk of season 1 and then has the baby near the end as I recall.

Bitter Virgin has a few instances, but it's fairly depressing in nature for both, so I can't recommend it highly, since it's meant to be a dramatic sort of series in the characters having difficulties that happen to relate to them or characters close to them (the protagonist's sister is pregnant about halfway through the 4 volume series)

Ichigo no Gakkou has a pregnant teenager, though there are a few others like Kami sama no Orgel, 17 sai no Mama and Akkan Baby. I recall the first two have some noticeable pregnancy, but I need to read the third. Ichigo no Gakkou has pregnancy fairly noticeable as well. Aishiteruze Baby is another, though, like Akkan Baby, I haven't personally read it. It seems common as a suggestion for pregnancy in anime/manga.

School Days only has any recognizable pregnancy in the visual novel with Setsuna and that's just one ending. There's another where the main two female love interests are both pregnant (not showing as I recall) and tell the protagonist on Christmas Eve as a "surprise"

Kodomo no Kodomo has pregnancy with the main character (though she's ten years old and mostly looks fat). There's a pregnancy in the last chapter of her teacher about 10 years later and that's about all. The last 3 chapters aren't scanlated, but you can find the raws on her scanlation site with a quick look.

Usagi Drop has brief pregnancy shown with the mother of the main female character, Rin, though it's practically blink and miss at first. Later on, she's pregnant with Rin's half sister and gives birth, so that's a bit more notable. I'd give you the chapter, but I haven't read it through in a few years.

Olympic dames. I haven't read, because artwork is pretty simple (but what else you can expect from webcomic?), and story is not my thing.

George R. R. Marten's Game of Thrones, Conan (Midnight God, to be exact), Merlin: The Fury Of Ahes, Dirty Pair: Run from the Future, Marvel Universe vs the Punisher and Slaine have some very minor pregnant scenes.

I haven't read this x-men story, so can't say about that: http://insidepulse.com/2012/02/08/wolver...-up-kitty/
