Could anyone please do anything with these? Thanks in advance!!!

Here is an attempt at one.  It didn't come out too well, but I figured it is worth posting something.  Half of morphing is selecting good images to start with.  These are not the best to work with. The first and third images do not give enough room to expand the belly into. The second image is basically a front shot, which I find difficult to morph. Front shots can come out okay if the girl is already pregnant, I can make them look bigger without too much difficulty.

I hope you don't mind, but I noticed your avatar looked like a good morph subject. You can see I stretched the background on the second one to make her really big.
