recording webcam shows?

has anyone tried recording cam shows? if so, what would you recommend I use to do so? I'm on a mac, and I've only seen one way to do it so far!

If your using a Mac I reccomend Quicktime players screen and audio recording. I use Screeencastomatic so that's an option as well. But with as many cam shows I do I'm honestly thinking about getting an external capture card.

None of the Retina Display Macs are user upgradeable anymore. Apple solders the memory to the motherboard now, but I'll try the website

I've used Camstudio but since it asked me to update it, then installed a load of spyware onto my System and Avast going nuts!

Hypercam2 seems to be the best free one. That's what I have been using for a long time.
