So let me begin by apologizing for the vagueness of this question, I’m reasonably tech savvy, but by no means any kind of expert, especially in regards to the type of thing I’menquiring about here.

I’m wondering how it might be possible for someone to create a full body deepfake of some kind. Specifically, how one might approach a project where a full body gender swap from a male to a pregnant female. 

Please understand I do not ask with the intention of doing this for any catfishing, fraud or other unethical purpose, rather it is out of a desire to satisfy my curiosity and to see the end result for my own satisfaction.

I’m thinking the face portion would be simple with face app, while some kind of ai image rendering program might be able to handle the body part? I would peer to have the final product look as photorealistic as possible.

I know this may well be a long shot, but it doesn’t hurt to ask, I figure.

I know that Geforce and epic have been bragging about their AI;ML tech but thanks to Stable its getting easier to find spin-off versions similar. You kinda have to duct tape things together like you said, yeah. I can dig around my saved tiktok videos because i remember one talking about what you're describing.
