IP ban will stop any users trying to create another account. It happened to my old account before the issue was resolved with the @Admin.
Only way to bypass it is to either change your IP address or create an account through another WiFi connection with a different IP address.

I’d like to know how to report @Goddesvenus. Personally I don’t know what to write down to make the report effective.
I know that scamming and lying of any info is an bannable offense.
