Thanks for this @"Milkjetstream" -- we might add a subsection, but as it stands, I agree with the people who suggest sticking with the conventional definition of a celebrity. Someone with a large Instagram following simply belongs in "General Pictures". The sister of a person with a large Instagram following definitely isn't a celebrity.

I'm taking another look at possible tagging solutions (there isn't much available). That would be the easiest way to resolve the problem.
