I guess she feels she's now at the point where she can take a break and have a baby. To answer your question, I don't think so. I think she'll be back at some point, but she's done with WWE for now.

Then on April Fools Day she lied on what she was doing after Mainia.Then the link that Belli shared is more of a legit/her word that she's taking a leave of absences from the WWE to start a family.
