I'm not an expert on materials or how to make a belly :\, but I'd generally say that more roundness would make it more realistic. I love the belly button poking out though it definitely adds to the look.

In last set of pics you should've add more stuff for boobs for realism.

Someone has experience with silicone fake belly ? Which is better? Have you seen that? Would that be strolling down the street unnoticed

The silicon bellies look amazing, although they're quite expensive :\
