My wife told me about her fantasies as a very young girl, reading her mom's "lover story" novels on weekends alone in her room and how she used to fantasize about getting pregnant and masturbate while reading the stories. She also has real life fantasies now of becoming pregnant by someone other than me (which I encourage). In the interim, I bought a "pregnancy belly" on Ebay that makes you look early trimester pregnant (1-3 months). She wears it occasionally, and its quite realistic looking when wearing clothes, but is more interested in the real thing....so doesn't wear it as much as I would like. 
I was quiete amazed at the intensity of her young fantasies, and who they involved too.....opened up a lot of new interesting conversations for us.
