Moi je l’utilise de temps en temps et c’est certainement loin d’être parfait (Quelques raisons: la majorité d’appareils TENS ont des fils donc quand tu l’appliques sur ta vrai ventre sous votre ventre faux pour une durée prolongée ça rendre inconfortable. Aussi, les signaux électriques sont pas être aléatoire donc c’est toujours à un rythme), mais c’est meilleur que rien. Je sais que il y a quelques personnes qui disent que boire des boissons carbonées (ou du lait si tu as une intolérance au lactose) (IMPORTANT: Je vraiment recommande que si tu essayes cette méthode d’être prudent à votre santé et expérimenté abec des petits incréments) et apparemment ça se ressemblent comme des movements de bébé, mais j’ai jamais a eu du succès. Si quelqu’un savent un meilleur façon, j’aimerai beaucoup le savoir! Pour voir des movements je pense que c’est pas vraiment possible sauf si tu utilise votre main sous votre chemise, mais ça ne semble pas très bien/réaliste. (Je m’excuse si mon Français n’est pas parfait, c’est ma langue secondaire et je voulais utiliser cette opportunité pour pratiquer) ================ The most popular way I know of is to use a TENS machine to simulate movement with muscle contractions. I use one from time to time and it’s definitely far from perfect (a few reasons: TENS machines usually use wires so having those between your real belly and your fake one gets uncomfortable after a little while. Also, as far as I know you can’t randomize the electrical signals, so the pulses are going to be just a repeating pattern), but it’s better than nothing. I know some people will also drink a lot of carbonated drinks (or milk if they’re lactose intolerant) (IMPORTANT: I strongly do not recommend going all in first try. Please attempt this healthily and within healthy limits. If you are gonna do this, experiment with what’s okay for you by doing it in small increments) and apparently that makes it feel like baby movements/kicking/quickening, but I’ve never had any success with it. If anyone knows any better methods, I’d love to know them! As far as seeing movements, really the only way I can think of it moving your hand around in your shirt or moving your fake belly around a bit, but that’s kinda hard to make seem convincing. My belly isn't the most fancy (it's just some blankets and heavy clothes wrapped up in a ball + shapewear) but I enjoy wearing it. Shame I can't wear it all the time (or in public)
