Hi,

I wanted to share with you my favorite prenatal yoga position. I think it's called the garland but it could have other names. Here are some pictures. I love when women in their last trimester does it especially when they are wearing a top of different colour when you can see the pregnant belly hanging down. It's so beautiful.
