I didn't look too closely at it (sorry, just not into the video in general), but it's not like she's particularly late-term, and it's not like she's completing the Iron Man competition. She's doing fairly basic stretches that I know for a fact that women expecting twins will do. I'm not inclined to doubt it.

Unsure why ANY woman would be doing prenatal exercises during these critical months!! I've seen PLENTY of preggers at 25 weeks and she definitely does not look big enough to be carrying triplets! Put my opinion dawn as its fake... but I've been wrong before so.... we wait.

Not every pregnancy's the same. There's been women who look huge with only 1 baby and twinners who look tiny.

 We're not talking about EVERY pregnancy (are we!), I'm being specific about this woman exercising carrying triplets!

Pregnant women, even those carrying multiples, can safely maintain their pre-pregnancy level of activity unless they are put on partial/full bedrest or otherwise advised by their OB.  If she was doing these sorts of exercises before then it is perfectly fine, and even beneficial, for her to keep doing them as long as she is physically able and not experiencing pain.

Also, as I said above, she has a fucking video showing multiple ultrasound images of the triplets.  It's not a fake.

She's pretty small, but some women definitely are. In fact its the bigguns that are far more rare. Plus she's active which means even less curves. @Porkchop you of all people ought to run into your share of small twinners and triplets. Some girls look like a weather balloon with one baby and sometimes women just look heavy full term with a singleton, even though theres more.

Also it all depends on rate of growth. Most women have a "growth spurt" right around 30 weeks or so. Also these workouts are basic at best. If shes used to doing this daily, then she should be able even if huge.
