Thought I would try to see what the AI thinks some video game characters would look like pregnant.
Trying a few Nintendo characters first. I am open to requests if you have any specific characters, no guarantees of course.

The AI had some odd interpretations of Mass Effect characters, these are what it came up with.
I decided to not include Liara T'Soni, as all of hers looked like a blue woman wearing a swimmer's cap.

"I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite pregnant Cerberus Cheerleader"  (Miranda Lawson)
                                       
Got some varying results with Miranda.  When I tried to show her in her Cerberus uniform, the program kept trying to render the mythological Cerberus in the background.

"I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite pregnant Quarian of the Migrant Fleet" (Tali Zorah Vas Normandy)
               
the program also, interestingly, preferred to render Tali with her face visible

"I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite pregnant Psychotic Biotic" (Jack)
           
the program did NOT like rendering Jack, so these didn't quite turn out right.

"I'm Commander Shepard, and this is my favorite pregnant sentient AI's mobile platform" (EDI)
               
The program just seemed confused about what to do with EDI...so ya...this is the best of what it gave me.

Man Miranda rocks. A lot of these look really good.

I tried to give the girls from Jak and Daxter a "glow up", and this is what the AI was able to come up with.
Hopefully they came out decent enough in the short time I worked on them.
Keira obviously got a more high-res glow up, but if you want I can try to do the same for the others when I have more time.

I use Wombo Dream AI.  You can select the style of art you want.  You can also have it use a pre-existing image as a guide for how you want the final image to look.  The app has the image upload feature, while their web page version does not.

Next up, are a few of the women from the World of WarCraft

First up is Dragon Queen Alexstrazsa, I like how these ones turned out
           

Queen Azshara (Night Elf) The first one turned out really good IMO
           

Lady Jaina Proudmoore, close but not quite at the same time
           

Lady Liadrin of the Blood elves, her custom preggo armor is actually pretty hot
       

Banshee Queen Sylvanus Windrunner, these ones didn't turn out how I would have liked, but she proved difficult to try to render
           

Tyrande Whisperwind, another set that wasn't quite as I would have liked

Vanessa Vancleef, I actually like how Vanessa turned out, I was going to skip her at first, glad I didn't
