4. Birthing roleplays where I'm the doctor and she, my patient, is a young and stereotypical "welfare mother" who tells me how much of a slut she is while she's working on pushing out her latest, fatherless baby.

You should make a prosthetic pregnant belly thats realistic looking so that you can go out in public with it. I've thinking at trying to make one, cause I wanna see how hard it would be to work with the plaster and latex and special fx makeup but if your interested I can try to make one for/with you
