That's an interesting question. I don't think I could come up with a solution, as I'm not exactly a good creative writer.

In this case, I don't think I would have gone the Surrogate route at all. They did that when they did American Dad. Frankly, I would have gone with Meg actually having a boyfriend who runs off when she does announce her pregnancy and raises the baby on her own.
