We all know that she "worked" a lot during the first one so we can assume that If she really was pregnant(nadines content ie 7m or so) and willing to shoot (ie contacting xx-cell) some content would have emerged already.

maybe she’s not pregnant at all. That’s another possibility.

Yeah, I seriously doubt she's 39 weeks pregnant in those pictures.

But she does look big and she does look really sexy.
