I've just seen an advert for a TV show from America that runs on the Biography Channel (which I didn't even know existed!), the show is called Pregnant in Heels and follows a pregnancy guru with her own Maternity Concierge store for pregnant millionaires. With pregnant girls/ women going in all the time.
