Just wondering if there are any stories out there where the pregnant woman also has a fetish for the big belly and there is a lot of dialogue around that.

Awesome, thank you! Do you know of any where it’s a normal pregnancy but the woman is totally into the huge belly (kind of like some members on this forum)?

I would suggest taking a look at the works of MuchBirth and Notabot999 on DeviantArt. The simplest thing would be just to use the search terms 'hyperpregnancy' or 'pregnant literature' and you will come up with loads of stuff. All you have to do after that is speed read thru the stories and find ones that you really like.
