For me, I think it's something that goes hand-in-hand with pregnancy. Burping and farting are common symptoms of pregnancy, progesterone slows down the digestion of the mother which leads to increased gas. It's one of the challenges that pregnant women face and I think the discomfort and embarrassment leads to the eroticness of it all, at least for me.

This thread looks to be a gold mine. I'll be keeping my eye on it. I might as well give back with a burping video I found.

Interesting. Personally, burps, farts, or hiccups only turn me on if the girl is pregnant or noticeably bloated with apparent indigestion/nausea. Part of it is probably that the feeling of relief a woman gets from letting gas out of her swollen belly is a turnon. It seems to me that pregnancy is key to making the gassiest possible woman; progesterone and relaxin in combination with cravings cause her gas production to far exceed that of a normal person, relaxed muscles allow their bellies to bloat further than a normal woman, constipation makes them more desperate to fart and makes the farts smell worse, and the swell of the baby leaves less capacity for gas, forcing her to fart and burp more. If I remember correctly, I first learned that preggos get gassy from a 2001 film called Sugar and Spice. Idk why or when I watched it (I was pretty young though) but the film’s about a cheerleader who gets pregnant and then gets together with her cheer squad to rob a bank to pay for her baby.
