For finding pregnant partners? Fetlife has never been a great site. It's much more like a social media site than an actual dating/hookup site, so the vast majority of pregnant members have partners who also have profiles. Not to mention every pregnancy-related group page is at least 90% men who just keep bumping their personal ads in the post feeds.

Fetlife can be effective for other kinks - that's where I started and had success for partners with a specific interest in breast suckling. I haven't been on there in a while though, so can't say how it may have changed.

@BroHarrison is right, and that may be why the site kind of sucks - at least for this. I never used it like one might use Facebook. I used it specifically to seek people I could meet in person and potentially connect with on our shared kinks. I tried for years and never had any luck at all, and I'm in a big metropolitan area.

It's your time to waste, so keep at it. You never know. But you may be better off using regular dating apps at this point.
