Judging by the red undershirt, addidas black sneakers and black hair, it looks like Ellie. She probably is wearing Joel's jacket and gas mask. Can't wait to play the sequel. It could also be Ellie's mom.

'The Last Of Us' is my favourite all-time game (just...) and it's something I had quite an obsession with when it first come out. Hugely addictive indeed...

I would be very surprised if Ellie is pregnant at any part of the second game/sequel - but you never know. If she was, I'd probably spend more hours on the game in getting decent screenshots of her bump rather than actually playing the game...!
