I know that there's a thread for teen pregnant documentaries, so I wanted to start one for all other preg themed docs that don't fit into that category.
I stumbled across this first one on Vimeo. (By the way, Vimeo is a source of some good hidden pregnancy gems for those who like to dig around). This is a documentary called Beco, about the urban poverty in Brazil. It follows 9 different characters, but the main through story is about a lady named Liliane - she is 24 years old and has 4 kids, and is now pregnant again. Her scenes are spread throughout the full movie so you have to look for them, but they are all pretty great - she has a nice belly and is always wearing just a bra and shorts, and there's even a decent showering scene in the middle, along with a quick topless shot. Pretty good stuff.
