it was one of a group of videos made in eorope at least 17 years ago because its wheni first saw it. but each video had same five or 6 pregnant ladies and 3 or 4 guys and each video was made up of like 4 or 5 scenes one you are looking for was all shot around doctors offic the one i liked best was shot at a gym itstarts out with a yoga class of preggos that ends in daisy chain next scene was weight training equipment room otgy another little scene then the finale in a deep swimming pool wit5 preggos onw nonpreggo and a dude with lots of underwater shots and every one took a turn fucking ,fingering ,and eating out the heavily pregnant nurse because she was most pregnant that movie was called fitness preggies if my memory accurate.

Yeah I think you're right, but that scene in the screenshot ought to be worshipped. She has a gorgeous belly and from the fetal position of the kicks and belly shape she looks like she's nearing the early stages of labor.
