I'd recommend trying out a site that lets you load pregnancy loras from civitAI, IDK many sites because I'm privileged to be able to run SD locally but yodayo.com and happyaccidents.ai have that option and let you try it for free. Perfect bellies are never guaranteed but whether you want artistic styles or photorealism it gets a lot closer to that natural pregnant look. SDXL also seems to be better at bellies but I haven't tried out any SDXL anime models yet.

I just try using yodayo and I am amazed on how good the pictures came out and most of them had very few errors.

Hi here some more of my creations I made using Yodayo and honestly Yodayo is one of the best AI I have used for creating pregnant anime girls with decent sized bellies and even with the none pregnancy ones turned out surprisingly good as well.

I am planning on experimenting more
