-VR: Our characters use virtual reality equipment to dive into a virtual world where they are pregnant.

-Unrealistic supernatural technology: a mysterious technology can transform pregnancies into "data" (or something else, no need to specify) to transfer them from one woman to another. We can add an alteration of reality that I would specify in PM.

-Both: Maybe we don't remember directly that we're immersed in a virtual world, and the transfers of pregnancies and the alteration of reality which seem supernatural are part of virtual reality. 

-Professional surrogates : our characters do not know each other at the beginning when they both take on this work of surrogacy, but quickly become friends and then lovers. Modern or Sci-Fi.

-Androides/Clones: Well, we are androids or clones without knowing it and we wear artificial uteruses intended to be then grafted on humans if they work. Then we lead a peaceful rebellion. Maybe in the Detroit Become Human universe or similar.

-Post-Apo, mutations and permanent pregnancies: Anything where humans are almost all dead or turning into monsters and survivors who get pregnant can't give birth, or die by trying.

-Expansion Soda : A soda causes a chemical reaction in the uterus and increases the amount of amniotic fluid, causing the belly to swell up big and round like a pregnancy, without being able to get rid of it.
