I can just second that. Someone actually wanting pregnancy and liking it is way better than forced stuff

When a company produces a hentai where at least one of the female protagonists chooses to endure a rapid superfetating multiple pregnancy for her own gratification (like, putting her fertility seal to the test), then I will have finally seen my personal favorite hentai anime.
