Last night I bought The Sims 4 and, after playing it for a while, I'm pretty sure it's the closest we'll ever get to a pregnancy fetish video game.

So, this got me thinking: if you were a game developer and wanted to make a pregnancy fetish game, what would your game be?

For me, I would just make a photography-type game where you could design a girl, dress her up however you want (or not), and take pictures of her. It wouldn't be exclusively pregnancy, but making your girl pregnant would be an option.

not really a video game per say, but IMVU has pregnancy outfits (some with huge bellies too). One or two of my friends on there have them.

My game would involve rapid pregnancy belly expansion. The goal would be knocking up as many women and teens as possible. You get higher scores for making them have more than one baby at a time. Pretty much the game would be called "Baby Factory"

I think someone on Pregchan was working on a game like that...

If I knew how to make flash games I would put together a really kick ass pregnancy fetish game.

When I created this topic, I was playing the PS4 version of The Sims 4. Since then, I've found the PC version at a good price, and after playing around with it a bit and installing some mods, it is now officially a pregnancy fetish game.
