There's something about older women of child bearing age which really appeal to me now (or at least at the moment). Especially around the age of 40 - providing they've clearly looked after themselves over the years. I don't quite know what it is, but it's as if they've gone/'escaped' that far without having a baby, then they suddenly find themselves being blown up right at the end. They never expected to have heavily pregnant bellies and stretched out navels along with those who are 10, 15 and even 20 years their junior.

I totally get what you mean. I think they used to be called geriatric pregnancies, but now they're just called advanced maternal age. Older pregnant girls are beautiful, especially when they're at an age where you wouldn't think they could get pregnant anymore.
