JDownlader2 does work, you need to go into:  Settings -> Account Manager -> Add -> Pick pornhub premium -> put in your user name and password.

It should then work as normal.

No you dont. You don't add a credit card when you sign up for a new free account. You just type in your new username, password, and unused email and you're in. You dont even need to activate your email.
