Hi last update was July 4th and then when I checked the other day gone

I just emailed him. I hope he's okay.

Anyone got an updates, seems the more I look into he just fell of the face of the planet.

I'm posting this on behalf of Otto. A few people were able to receive notices from him through Pixiv and I was one of them - before he shut his account down there. O was involved in a tragic accident that left his right hand broken as well as other family related issues. As you probably know he was already disabled and now his hand will be completely out of commission for several months. As a result of all the problems he has suffered he's decided on early retirement. Apparently without a constant income from his comics he could not afford to maintain the costs associated with his store and paid accounts. So he simply shut everything down. There's been no doxing or legal troubles. Poor dude just seems really down and distraught. I did not pry on his family matters but I'm assuming serious loss of some nature that has left him very depressed. He told me if and when his hand is healed he may return to comics, but it will be a long while. His words, not mine. I didn't push on a time for that. I really got the impression that he just wanted some time to himself to deal with whatever has happened. I've been a fan and customer of his since the early 2000's so I'm bummed to hell and gone that he's out for now, but I also know what kind of shit life can throw at you. So I'm wishing him the best and hoping he'll come back at some point. SnoopyX I believe he got your message at Pixiv - he noted your name as one of the ones he replied too in my message so maybe the account got cut before you read it. There were four of us on the CC for the message. So know that he did get it and reply or tried to I guess. I found this string and wanted to share what I knew. O told me it was okay to share the contents of his message.
