She always claimed that she was pregnant and was due "very soon". Once people found out that she was just fat and called her out on it, she disappeared for a few months, made a "new" account, and is now claiming to be pregnant with twins.

Wow.. in that case she is comitting fraud. That (depending on the amount of $) gets her 7+ years in jail. Most peolle are smart enough not to get money.

I think people who post in the site that sell stuff or claim to be a model should have some kind of validation photo similar to reddit, everybody else has the right to anonymity
