Currently running at OSF are two Shakespeare plays that feature a pregnant costume for their characters. The costumes are great for both and the actresses really sell the belly. Unfortunately OSF doesn't allow recordings or photos so the one image below is all I could find.
The plays are:
Antony and Cleopatra running until October 9th - Cleopatra really knows how to work the pregnant belly for every seductive inch.
Pericles running until November 1st - They actually do the costume change for Pericles' wife on stage (under dim light) and the actress knows how to sell the pregnant walk for the unfortunately short time she wears it.
